Cloverdale Primary School is a local intake school for students who live within the local intake area. This area is clearly marked on the map below (click on link) as the area inside the solid blue border.
To apply to enrol a new student simply click on the link below. Please print, complete the Application for Enrolment, check documents to be provided and bring all documentation to the Cloverdale Primary School Administration Building.
Please note our Enrolment is a 4 part process:
- Application for Enrolment (see link below) and provide all required documents
- Application for Enrolment is assessed by the school.
- If successful, Student Enrolment Form, Student Health Care Summary and Third Party Bundled Consent Form are issued and returned to school.
- Start date of newly enrolled student is advised.
